Tonight I pulled out insanity and was frustrated to find that one of the DVDs is missing. Mr. J has found a place to get just that DVD from.
And Mr. J is joining me on that adventure. Kinda cool!

What DVD’s are you doing?
We have the full insanity set 12 DVDs but we’re missing the pylometrics disc that is part of the first month of workouts. I think I know where it is ( we moved in August ?) It’s just a matter of finding the box. I think it’s in the Fireproof DVD case

LOL! It’s all good. The work out is from Team Beach Body and I think it’s going to kick my butt!
